Kani Arcade is a small games site. You do not sign in, and we do not want your personal details. This page explains in plain language exactly what is stored, where, and how to have it removed.
The short version. No accounts. No cookies. No advertising or tracking networks. Your scores stay on your own device unless you choose to post one to the public leaderboard, and the only thing we count about visitors is which country they came from.
These are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you post a score. Clearing your browser data removes them.

These are counters, not profiles. We do not store your IP address, we do not store a device identifier, and nothing above can be linked back to an individual by us.
If you choose to post a score, the name you enter is shown publicly alongside your score and country flag. Please pick a nickname rather than your full name, and never enter an email address, phone number or anything else private. Posting is always optional — declining still lets you play everything.
The games are suitable for children, and the site is built so that a child can play without giving any personal information at all. There is no sign-up, no chat, no messaging between players and no advertising. The one place a child could type something is the leaderboard name box, so we ask parents to encourage a nickname there. If you believe a child has posted identifying information, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, social media pixels or any similar tracker.
Kani Arcade sets no cookies at all. The local storage described above is used only to make the games work and remember your preferences.
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data protection law, you have the right to ask what is held about you, and to have it corrected or erased. Because we hold only anonymous counters plus any leaderboard entry you chose to post, in practice this means we can remove a leaderboard entry for you. Email kaniworks25@gmail.com with the name and game and we will remove it, normally within a few days.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change with it. If advertising is ever added to the site, this page will be updated before that happens.
